“Brighton trio Projector occupy a little space in-between the wall-of-sound nature of My Bloody Valentine and the stabbing urgency of Pixies” – DIY Magazine

Projector explore lush dual vocals from guitarist Edward Ensbury and bassist Lucy Sheehan while combining blistering aggression and melodic harmony, with drummer Cal Marinho bringing both shoe-gaze complexity and heavy driving grunge. Combined, the band occupy the heavy space between brooding 80s darkwave and My Bloody Valentine's wall-of-sound pop; a dual tone of ‘Goo’ era Sonic Youth and Pixies pulled together with an industrial Joy Division pulse. Energetic, impassioned gigs showcase a band with both pop sensibility and experimental depth.
